I need to know which available clutches for my 91' 240 would be streetable yet very strong and able to handle well under a 6.5LBS of boost turbo kit and bolt ons KA24DE. I'd also like to know if there are any cheaper ones that will accomplish this. Thanks

ACT heavy duty pressure plate and 6 puck would definately do the job. Though i'd recomend the modified street disc.

I can't find the ACT clutch on your site DSM H8R. Rollhard.com lists only cual friction centerforge under the 240SX upgrade link.

I have an ACT 6-Puck in my SR20DET....works pretty well...takes a few days to get TOTALLY used to it..although 1st gear is still a pain if I dont give it enough gas...

Getting the transmission into first shouldn't be clutch related unless you get so much pedal resistance it is difficult to press down. Am I right?

getting it into first isnt the problem, its driving from a complete stop...its easy if theres a slight movement of the car and starting off from there, but when its at a complete stop, let go too much, and you stall...not enough gas, and you stall, too much gas, you peel out....kinda confusing....When you get a clutch, you'll find out...I'm used to it now though...but when i first got it, I thought was never gonna learn how to drive....
