As soon as the oil is up to temp...redline.

...always in boost. ~7200rpm or so, JWT ECU and cams.

RPM's aren't bad for your KA, assuming you use good oil and have a properly tuned setup.

Ummm I asked a serious question so I was expecting serious answers toki.

I just wanted to know what kind of RPMs you guys push with the KA rod length to stroke ratio with boost.

Come on guys post some numbers, I'd like to hear what you guys run with boost.

My NA KA really sees 5500+rpm. I dont race on a daily basis, so I have no need to spin the motor that fast.

If you want to drive around at 7000rpm for the hell of it, buy a Honda with VTEC.

By staying in gear longer while staying in your best part of your torque range you get the best work out of your stock gearing. So by using boost and a slightly bigger cam to move your torque range up actually puts your gearing to better use when racing someone.

According to the dyno...mine likes to shift around 5600rpm. However, sometimes it sees 7500 on the autoX course. Oh, that's boosting 10psi, 165k mi. I don't necessarily recommend it, but that's how it happens sometimes.

Hit it until the motor starts sounding weak, this will happen just before redline. That is as high as you want to go.
