Just what the title says, I just finished my SR swap, and previously installed JDM speedo, so I'm not sure what my actual mph is. Can any of you give me your rpm readings at say 40,50, and or 60 mph?

Thanks for the face palm- it really did help the need. (sense sarcasm) I did search a few various wordings, but didn't come up with the answer, so I would like to know with this being a fresh install, and the first sr I've owned- being a different trans and all, I'm not sure what rpms I should be turning for given speeds. Thanks again for the response- please feel free to come back when you have some valued input to the post.

I did the mph resistor conversion- but, I've also removed the needles on my speedo while re-doing my cluster, and not exactly sure if it's reading correctly, just wanted something to verify it against.

Why would anyone swap out gauges that don't display the speed rating they require?

depends on what transmission u have. S13 SR ratios are all the same as KA, but S14 SR 5th is 0.838 (vs stock 5th 0.759)

So on KA / S13 SR transmission I get 69-70mph @ 3k rpm in 5th

Check this out. The numbers here are for KA/S13 SR:http://www.car-videos.net/tool...ulate

file this under another 2second google search, search "km to mph" honestly google now throws you that search before you even start to type "to" for christs sake.

BTW I'm doing 1RPM and that's turning over and going back to sleep

HAHA, and your sig says "sleep is a crutch used by the weak". Talk about an oxymoron.

Well once you have your turbo timer installed, change the display so you can see your mph's. (Make sure you hook up the wire for the speedo)

, when I had a GPS when It was pretty accurate. When my USDM tyte cluster showed 60, 80, 100, etc the GPS did too. Sold the GPS shortly after to pay for the crazy high heating bill.
