What RPM at 55 and 70 mph?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I have a stock kae with just a 3in catback and j30 rear end, and was wondering what rpm everyone was at when they are at the speeds posted above. My car is at 4000 rpm when I am driving at 70 mph and I know that's not right. I just finished rebuilding everything so I'm still working out the normal bugs with a fresh motor and any input would be appreciated.

Mine is definitely off. My idle has started climbing on its own to over 1500 rpm. Could the tps be bad?
