what rotor does it fit to my calipers?

I measured the width of the caliper, it is 30.5mm ish , I did searched around and there are 3 different type, so I believe I have the alum 26mm Calipers.(i don't think i have the 30mm one because the 30mm got the 35mm clerance) but I am not too sure . I"m just cofusing about that if I have a 26mm calipers, do I buy a 26mm thickness Rotor? or it'll fit a 30mm thickeness rotors? cuz I tried a 30mm rotor on, it kidn of hit the side. so I am just wondering ?
