Looks like a cheap wheel judging by the bolt pattern. I'd advise you not to look for quality name brands if you want to find out what those are.

im not looking to buy these rims but my gf is buying this shell and they are the rims that are coming with it and was just wondering if i were going to buy rims it would have to be some volk te37s

never mind found out they are tenzo cuzco v1 rims
