i think your silly.. 19's best size for the altima coupeSensors wrote:Nothing bigger than 18 on cars, i think it looks silly if u go bigger.
For track use, def the 20's. Super low sidewall = better cornering performance. Just be aware that 20's on the street mean you need to avoid obstacles like potholes with extreme precision - I know guys that bent rims without puncturing or flattening the tires...dldjros69 wrote:Performance wise which would be the best track, racing tire???
17, 18, 19, 20?????
Low sidewall is one thing but you still need to take into account tire selection and sizes...There aren't very many performance tires for 20" wheels. Yes, you can run the same tires as the GTR however I doubt they'll fit inside the wheel wells...Ferguson wrote:

My preference would be 19's, but the oddball tire sizing means you pay a hefty premium.
I think I'll live with my 18's even if I give up a slight performance advantage.
You're comparing the stocks of a 3.5 versus the OP's 2.5, which make a big difference, especially if you have the 2009!lilojoj wrote:whats wrong with our stock rims? lol jk. i think i like 19s but all of you say its too expensive (ive never bought tires before :O) so i would get 18s instead of 20s.
ah but 19s with FAT rubber gonna run a hellofalot smoother than those bumpy a$$ no sidewall 20s!08altima35 wrote:the question is what rim size looks the best, not which rim size gives the best perfomance and 20's on an eibach drop look by far better than 19's with fat rubber. just my opinion, but i think most feel the same way.
