What REPLACED your Altima Coupe? *Thread* Due to Accident, Lease...

I've seen a few threads on this. Now that my sister got her replacement, I wanted to share it.

She loved the 2.5S but wanted Luxury Sedan and with her budget the 2010 Acura TSX Base was perfect. Not to mention a bigger/wider trunk space. LOL



I wanted to remove the "TSX" but my brother (who's sharing the payments) wanted left on. I just finished putting a fresh coat of Meguiar's High-Tech Yellow Wax.





BTW, I'm using my sister's 2.5S 17's. My OEM's are for Winter and I'm waiting for the weather to be more consistent before I drop my 19's.





I love that Acura finally stepped up, compared to old '02 RSX the quality really shows. Sure it has more Power (201hp) but this is so much smoother and the Handling was surprising good.

I am disappointed about the Steering Wheel Paddle Shifter, I love Tiptronic but prefer the Gear Box shifting. Also, it's only a 5-Speed Automatic.

Nice ride. I've always like the TSX's. I prefer the previous generation though. I'm surprised its only a 4 cylinder not a 6. Those that I've spoken with about the car said the 4 is surprisingly fitting for it.

EDIT. Just found out they also sell a 6 now. They used to not do that. 4 must be good on gas!

I almost bought a used TSX instead of the altima..how does it compare to the altima?

It's not fair to Nissan because Acura is a different class. I love everything about it, Altima can't touch it and as I said on my OP I wish it had the Tiptronic on the gear box instead of the Paddle Shifters.

Someone hit the left rear quarter and left door. Got it fixed and traded for a 2010 Altima Coupe. I loved the car but cars are never the same once hit.

How ironic that i know that white RL and that red TL personally... The guy who owned the RL sold it to a Acura dealership manager. Both very beautiful cars in person.
