i've done some searching but haven't found anything conclusive. i'm running ngk 6s right now on a mostly stock s13 blacktop but with the new setup; gt30 turbo, bigger injectors, and hp goal of high 300s, im wondering which ngks would be the best, the 7s or the 8s and also what they should be gapped to. thank for your help.

The 3 places I turn to when I need info that I can't find myself are Enjuku, FRSport, and CIP Motorsports...

Enjuku's site says:
* Heat Range 6 for stock turbo 8-12psi
* Heat Range 7 for upgraded turbo 13-15psi
* Heat Range 8 for upgraded turbo 16-20psi
* Heat Range 9 for upgraded turbo 21+psi

Gap should be .30

P.S. I went with 8s on my SR with 810cc injectors and a GT3071R My goal was anywhere over 350. Hopefully low 400s
