Hello I was having problems findin a engine for my 92 240sx with M/T so I purchased a 1995 engine. hooked up the harness from the 92 to the 95 hookups and car runs but not past 5000rpms. So I purchased the 95 harness and ecu. But I noticed several extra plugs on the harness. The question is do I have to purchase all the modules for the 95 harness to get it to work or what do I need to do to get it to work.

Use your '92 intake and distributor with your '92 wiring. '95 is not PnP with '92.

I was really hoping to see a picture of a pug mounted in his engine bay. :)

Now how is the 95 upper different than the 91-94 different. I mean right now I have the 91-94 distributer in the car. Can I just get the different modules on the head rather than going throught the trouble of pulling the head and replacing it with a 1992 head. I mean all of the hookups look the same accept the fact that it is 2 plugs left on the harness to plug up the the rear of the head. And there is a plug in between the 3rd and 4th runner on the intake that doesnt plug into anything. I guess Im askin whats the difference between the 94 head and intake and the 95 head and intake. Because the plugs match up minus 2

TPS is different. TPS doesn't bolt up between S13 and S14, it mounts to the manifold differently. Swap lower manifold, not the head.

is there a thread anywhere that tells you how to remove the complete intake manifold. I am going to a junkyard in a few days and it will be cheaper if I remove it myself.

Last I checked (when I did mine) you don't need to swap the intake mani at all. All I did was put a '91-'94 harness and ECU + a '91-'94 distributor and after playing around for a bit it worked fine.
