So when removing this vacuum line that looks like it goes to egr soilonoid( I think) that used to connect the vacuum hose into pipe under plenum on passenger side broke off with the hose? Do I need it? Just doing Tb bypass on this car

Every single vacuum line and or hose in general on the Z32 is vital (for the most part). I guarantee you it will effect something. I've replaced almost every vacuum line on my Z with new hose because it's so pivotal in keeping your Z running without a hitch.

I believe it is for the egr. If you remove any vacuum lines make sure to cap them. I have deleted most of mine because i deleted my egr/aiv systems. But, be careful in what you delete if you need to pass emissions.

I'm of the mindset to Delete, Delete, Delete! I went from the roughly 12-15' of vacuum line to around 5' by deleting crap that wasn't needed and was just waiting to break

^This. I've taken so much stupid crap out. Hauled off probably 35lbs of deleted stuff in addition to simplifying the engine bay.

But to answer your question, that vacuum line doesn't ring a bell, so I'm thinking it's probably related to the EGR, as stated. It's been so long since I've deleted mine that I can't really remember where everything hooked up, haha. If that's a vacuum nipple, then it probably has another hose coming up from the bottom. If you just connect that with a barb, then you should be good.
