I have searched and I cant find the answer. Theres a couple parts of my Ca I'm not for sure what they are. If you know what they are can you tell me what goes there and my next step in fixing it thanks

The 4 little pipes are apart of the vacuum junction and the last pipe your refer to in the photo used to be hooked-up to your charcoal canister before someone removed it. It was used t route fuel vapors to your charcoal canister, but now it is fuel tank ventilation tube.

Do I plug the four line pipes and also is it major that I'm missing my charcoal canister is there a way to by pass it or just leave it venting like it is now

well the canister is already gone im assuming and leaving it the way it is isnt going to hurt it really its just more harmful to the ozone some would argue. You might wanna put like a rubber line on it and route the end somewhere else to clean the look up but thats all really or get a new canister and line.

Ok cool So what about the lines on the side of my intake can I just cap them off or do I route them some where else, could I use one for a boost gauge source

Depends, if your fuel pressure regulator, butterflies other vacuum hoses are correctly done. Then remove that entire bracket.
