That's slightly concerning. Nothing in that paint scheme should rust. It's all held together by cross-linked polymers, and if there are any that aren't they'll react with OH and form an end link (without a color change). The white pigment is titania and the mica is a ceramic (and it is used in fairly low concentrations). Not sure where the orange would come from?
