what other trannys fit on the ka24de

Something hit me while staring at my computer screen.I want a six speed.Dont know why exactly but my car is coming together and i dont want to use a stock transmission. What else can i use on ka24de?I dont want 6 gears i need them.Z33 Z32 anything will be better than stock.

all S- body car trannys will fit (KA, SR, CA), you just need to use your engines bellhousing (also RB FR and RB20 awd trannies are supposed to fit)

z32's need a kit. The RB's are massive. Unless you're putting down some uber serious power, I'd stick with a 5 speed unless you're willing to wait a while and cough up some serious cash for a strong 6 speed overhaul.

i need some info on what kind of kit.see i'm shooting for 350 on my second engine my first was about 250.i had the greddy kit on it and crashed the car but if i can stick an rb or z32 or any transmission with a six speed in it i would be happy.6 speed ka i like the sound.i heard DUY was using a different transmission non nissan.Anyone know

use an overhaul kit. You'll cough up alot for a different transmission to go on up. Use something like an os giken gear set or look at a new hks transmission instead of the other way.
