I searched this several ways and came up with nothing. I know I have read somewhere that something like the VG injectors will work, is this right? NA or TT if so?

I am running S15 injectors. They are 480cc vs 370cc stock ones. You are talking about an RB25 right? If you need a stock set of injectors let me know.

well I have a rb25det and I'm going to need bigger injectors cause I bought a PT67- good for 780hp, I was thinking anything from 800cc-1000cc that I'll be needing, so let me get this straight, I could use S15 injectors?...what other injectors from different cars are compatible with the rb25det?

I beleive FD3S RX7 injectors are sidefeed and big. The price of aftermarket injectors is not that bad though. When you figure in the cost of cleaning used injectors are not a really amazing deal.

well Phase2 has the Power Enterprise 850cc injector kit for R33 RB25DET. Direct drop in replacement into factory fuel rail, comes with injector collars and hardwares for install for $756, is that a pretty good deal?

The Toyota sidefeeds found in the 1JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GTE are *not* compatible with the Nissan/Subaru pattern Unisia side feed injectors. A friend of mine with a Turbocharged Subaru SVX is using S14 SR20DET injectors, USDM MK4 Supra 550's Did not seal or mount correctly.

Swapping to an RB25DE intake manifold and converting to top feed is definetly the way to go.

I used the 440cc's off of a MkIII Supra turbo. It does need 10watt 10ohm resistors to be wired in, but I picked them up for next to nothing. I don't know how much power you're looking for, the 440's might be too small for your taste.

well, Im do have a rb25. I am asking because I want bigger ones. But sometimes they like to charge extra if you say "RB" or "Skyline" when ordering them. So I was looking for something stateside that might be a little cheaper. I have already spent almost $20g on this car, the budget is running out.

well, what do I need for my turbo, (the pt67) I was told atleast 850cc. they prolly don't have them huh? as far as HP, the turbo's good for 780hp but I'm prolly going to tune it to around 600whp.

That is expensive. You can get a custom fuel rail, and a set of top feed injectors for alot less than that.

You guys are making this alot more confusing than it really is. When you order injectors it is not hard. There are not that many options when it comes to injectors type. You have the Mitsu , denzo style. Top feed or side feed, high or low impedence. For a stock Fuel rail you can you a high impedance side feed injector. Top Feed is the way to go buy replacements are easy to come by. Why use a factory side feed rail and side feed injectors when it is cheaper and better to use a top feed rail (bigger) and top feed injectors.

inector sizing is done in relation to desired crank hp, for example stock rb20 injectors (270cc) are good to about 270 crank hp or roughly 250whp.550's should be good to 550whp, ect ect ect.HOWEVER even tho the injector will flow enough fuel for that power level you should NEVER run an injector on its limit.you should keep injectors at 80% duty or below for safety, dont want an injector melting under high boost.i have 550's in my car now but am stepping it up to 720's for safetys sake, if i pull 450whp im at or above 500bhp which means my dydty cycles are way above the 80% saftey margin.best way to calculate injector sizing for the rb engine (or any straight 6 really) is to take injector size * .80 which will give you theroretical whp rating for that injector.so with that being said 550*.8=440, 720*.8=576, ect ect ect.....now fuel pressure also will affect the hp potential of the injectors but in this example im assuming the 43psi base pressure that most injectors are rated at, least mine were rated at that base pressure.
