well you could try to modify the rotors to fit, but even then, the calipers probably will not bolt up and who knows what kind of offset you need with something like that. You could possibly make some adapters for the calipers, but all said and done, it may not be as cheap as you might hope. There was a 240 years ago that had some Porsche brakes on it.
As far as high end car brakes being available, I'd say it's not nearly as easy to find as you think. Even in Cali. Consider the high end vehicles cost a lot more and are harder to total out. Secondly, they are actually fairly rare amongst the sea of cars here in Cali.
While they are not all that available yet in the junkyards, you may look to trying to snatch up some Brembos off a 350Z track model or a 6-Speed Leather G35 Coupe. The new 2004 Sentra SE-R Spec V has 12" Brembos available as well from the factory. I think the rotors are 4-lug, but I'm not sure if the bolt pattern is 4x114 or 4x100.
