What oil restrictor size to use

So i got my turbo line kit set up but there is a option for a oil oil restrictor size .03 and .06 I dont know what one to use. I will be runing 16-18 PSI on a S14 T28. I dont want to little oil or too much..

It's a journal bearing, is it not? If so you don't really have to worry about too much oil. I don't run a restrictor on the oil feed for my turbo.
