What oil should I use to run it in? And what intervals between changes etc? The block specs are as follows:

-acid dipped ca18det block torque plate bored to .5 oversize
-4port head fully rebuilt with mild cams, adjustable cam gears and blue gates race belt.
-Tomei 1.5mm MLS headgasket & ARP headstud kit
-custom CP pistons
-spool 700hp forged chromolly HBEAM rods and ARP bolts
-ACL race bearings
-Fully preped, grubscrewed, balanced crank.
-genuine oilpump

Valvoline conventional 10w30. Id use el' cheapo auto zone 10w30 in just to start it and let it warm all the way up to temp and run for about 5 min. drain it out and pour in valvoline conventional 10w30. change in 500 miles using conv. valv 10w30 and change in another 1000 miles. Ur now ready to pour in whatever synthetic you prefer, just never use synthetic on the 1st 1500 miles of break in. it wont break in lol. it would take 10,000 miles to break it in using a synthetic. I prefer yamalube 10w30 or kawachem 10w30. i know its motorcycle oil but it lives in 13 and 14,000rpm engines so it cant be bad
