What ohm setting to use when testing PTU?

Was directed to a website that showed how to test continuity of the PTU ignition module using an OHM meter. My particular meter has the settings of 200, 2K, 20K, 200K and 2M which of the following settings should I use when doing the test as shown on the online 300zx manual?
