Ive done the wheel tire calculator and Im wandering what the lowest offset is I can fit with running 18x8.5's. I can get a killer deal on some volks 18x8.5 many different styles so now I just have to figure out a good offset. Id like to run something pretty aggressive and Im currently on eibach's but plan on going to coilovers eventually. I know I can fit +30 but what about +25? Is that too agressive for the front or should I just stick to +30? Tires will be 235/45/18's for now only because those are the stock tires and I will upgrade tires at a later point. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks everyone

you can fit +25, it would definately look better with a lower offset. 235/45/18's are alittle bit too wide / tall for my tastes.

I know I'm bringing up an old post but I'm actually looking at a set of wheels (same 18x8.5) and was wondering what a good offset would be. I'm not looking for an "aggressive" look per say, just something subtle but appealing. So what would be better? 30/40/45? And what would be good tires to wrap them in?

Thanks!

(Forgot to mention I'm currently running the 16" stock alloy wheels.)

I personally think a 8.5 inch wheel looks good running a +25 or +30 offset. But if your not looking for aggressive a 35 or 40 would be fine. Is your car dropped or not dropped. That will determine what size tire to run.

i think it's feasible. if you were running 18x8.5 i'd say no.
