hello, i have an s14 and and i have been wanting to get tires for the longest now but i have been doing as much research as i can first. aside from dtreet, i usually run in mountains and drift. how would u guys rank these 3 from best to least? i would also like better rain traction as well, but i heard to avoid, M+S i think..... but all help will be appreciated, thanks!!

all are falkens:

why do you only look at falkens? many other companies make wonderful tires.

ps - do not take my post too seriously because none of my info is from personal experience, just what i have heard/seen 2nd hand.

azenis sport - do not get these if you ever plan on getting any water on your tires. but they have great dry grip, but poor treadwear (which should be expected from any high performance tire) also relativley cheap compared to other performance tires.

FK-451 - i dont know much about these tires, based on my snap judgement i would say they are ricer tires (think nitto neogen / yokohama parada / etc.) if the specs are right, they weigh a ****load cause they are heavier than azenis and azenis are bricks.

ziex - friend has these on sw21, they are *ok* i would compare to kuhmo tires.

if you are for some reason limited to these 3 choices, i would go with the ziex because you mention you would like some rain traction, and the treadware is reasonable. but tires aside, you say you like to drift and drive mountains, i would save whatever new tires you get for grip driving and use trashy tires for drifting.

you have them listed in order of grip, and opposite order of treadwear.

the azenis will handles the best, not good in wet and wear qu8ick, the fk451 will handle better than the 512. but wear quicker, and the 512 has a lot more all season capability.

why are you limited to falken? I like thier tires, but like Chmercer said, thers many, many other options available.-chet
