When you say "full kickdown" do you mean you push the accelerator to the floor for maximum acceleration?

I don't have any odors. Does it smell sweet, bitter, etc.? Can you describe the odor?

If it smells sweet, then it is most likely antifreeze. Do you see any green fluid under the car after it sits overnight? The odor may disappear after you have some kilometers on the car, but if it persists I'd suggest giving the car a good wash (outside, under side, and engine). That may help clean extra fluid from the exjaust, which may be why you smell a sweet odor.

I have an automatic transmission also.

if the odor smells like rotten eggs or a stinky fart its normal anyways lol. Catalytic converters are suppose to convert your exhaust to carbon dioxide water and nitrogen. and you do get excessive hydrogen sulfide production while at wide open throttle also the fuel you use may have higher concentration. also at work i do find nissans run a little on the richer side which causes the odour
