Is it possible to add in a feature whereby hovering over a thread title gives the first sentence (or so) of the contents of the first post in that thread?

Another forum I use does it and it's a real benefit when the less-than-brilliant give their thread topics names such as "help" or "have a question". The other forum is www.jeepforum.com

Of course, it would be easier if the title already contained the pertinent information I need in the title, but there's no way to make everyone see the wisdom of titles with useable info.

MoD is right. Every browser I've tried (on multiple operating systems) seem fine. But I know others are having issues. Not sure what the missing buttons are dependent on?

Once you post... there will be a edit button placed inside your post, next to the quote button, click on it and have at it.

I dunno if anyone said this yet but the avatar sidebar needs a set pixel height. If the post is short it cuts off the users information (Car, location, PM button, etc.). I guess you would just need to make an absolute minimum pixel height for the entire post rectangle so even if it's a small post you can still see everything on the avatar sidebar.

EDIT: Fixed!!!

The chopped is half pics due to the giant sidebar is awful. Trying to look at peoples pics and only seeling half of the actual pic truely lame. You may as well not allow pics at all if you plan to keep it like this...

Pictures are actually limited to 640 pixels, for now. There is hope for auto resizing and such. But patience is needed as Nico is in Beta.

The picture size limit is ghey in my opinion. If we have to have one, it should be set to 1024x768. I know this is all going to change but 640x640 is nothing.

Ill stop my complaining now. :P

If you go to the main page www.nicoclub.com then highlight the "nicoforums" box at the top right and click "general chat" from the drop down , the link is dead.

Guys - A couple things:

Make sure your concern hasn't already been posted, as we're working of this list and checking things off as we get to them. This is a great way for us to see what functional issues there are, but I want to make sure we note the issues clearly and concisely (point out the errors, save the complaining for AFTER we fix it :) ).

Also, it's helpful if we know what browser you're running (if it's a browser-related issue).

As I said before, each "fix" takes anywhere from a couple minute to a couple hours, and there's only 2 or 3 of us working on it (in between work and tons of other commitments).

I think Bex fixed over a hundred user passwords yesterday and we made 6-8 major fixes last night... Matt's knocking out some appearance-related tasks, and Brian's working on the search function and remapping the link that somehow got all wackadoodle.

R side column WILL be shrinking down - I don't like the way it turned out either, but remember that it's more than just clicking a button to make sure everything "plays nice".

From the home page you can not select a specific forum from the drop down menu. It shoots you to a zeroforum link which is invalid.

The edit timer is STUPID, GREG!!! There are some threads that need to be editted. Think Group Buys, Meets, Fab Marketplace...etc.

Can't find subscription link. And all my subscriptions dissapeared.
