I bought an SR20 Clip, and I have no Idea how long the clip has been sitting. I thought it would be a good idea to take it apart and replace all the seals, gaskets and what not, so there will be no question to the reliability of the motor when I put it in. I am just curious on peoples thoughts on this.

So far this is what I plan to replace:

Water PumpThermostatAll Engine GasketsAll Expansion PlugsValve sealsFront and Rear SealsPiston RingsSpark PlugsFuel/Air/Oil FiltersInjector Seals

Is there anything else that should be replaced or checked while I am in the motor?

bearings for the crank and rods, depending on how clogged it got, possibly the oil squirters, possibly rocker arms as they've got oil squirters on them as well

How would I test to see if the oil squirters are clogged?

You can't test the block ones without taking the whole motor apart.

You can test the camshaft oilers by just turning the motor over w/o the valve cover on.
