I believe that anything done in the engine bay would void your warranty unless it's a NISMO product and has been installed by a Nissan dealer.

I'm sure there is like a million more. Someone on here posted anything over 17in wheels void your warranty but I don't know if that's true or not.

The dealer has to prove any modification done to the vehicle has to have caused a problem with the car to void the warranty.

So if you put on 17" rims and your engine blows, the dealership can't pass the buck to you and make you replace your engine. However, they can refuse to replace worn out struts since it's plausible that the rims caused undue wear and tear on the struts.

Just like putting in a new head unit will void your speakers warranty, but wont void your headlights or tail lights.
