what maf is this?

more than likely an SR MAF, or a SOHC MAF.

is it a 3 pin MAF?

yeah looks like a SOHC maf or SR MAF

its a three pin but it has the wrong plug it is square...the plug on the wiring is oval

how about you refference the part number. it should tell you what kind of MAF sensor it is.

Looks like 22680-52F00 which is an S13 SR20DET MAFS.

hey fast you said your wiring has a round style plug you get an s14 blacktop? I know they have a rounded style plug for the maf or maybe you got the late type x style s13 blacktop engine whish one is it? My buddy got a S14 engine set and the company sent him an S13 maf just like your situation and they would not exchange it so we had to get it on ebay and they are not that common, at least a year ago they werent.
