What KYB shocks will last on a lowerred rig

I dropped my Qx4 in the summer but I didnt use new shocks. I think they are blown now and Im probably going to re-do the front end.

What model of KYB would last the longest with a dropped r50, I heard the gr2's were stock type replacements and may not take it, but the excel-g dont ride very nice

Any opinions :poke:

KYB GR-2 Struts, again shop around for best price.

i wouldnt think gr-2 fronts would take the abuse of being lowerred

They work fine. I have had them for 3 years with the drop and about 30k miles.

And what makes you think there not blown??

The gas adjust ones specs just seems like they would feel much better when not on a stock rig and KYB emailed me back and recomended the gas a justs over the ExcelG (gr2) and that they are capable of compressing more than the Gr2

Comes down to money I guess

Never knew they made gas a just struts for the pathfinder.
