He's either lying or misinformed --not that an RB25 turbo is that big an upgrade compared to an RB20's. What's he asking, if I can ask?

I thought the RB20 turbos had the fitting off the compressor housing for the wastgate actuator. It says 16V on the side, as does my RB20 turbo.

True true, at first I was sure it was an RB20 turbo, now even though it says 16V there is no tap for the wastehate actiator on the housing. Maybe its from some random car like a Cedric or Laurel that has a different setup.

My Laurel has the fitting for the wastegate.

Cedrics used a different turbo cause they are a VG series engine.

It's cool. The Cedrics were the same as the Gloria's. They used V6's in em. Started out with the VG, then (I believe) went to the VQ's. MOD might be able to tell ya for sure. He seems to be the resident V series guru.

Soooo, any ideas? I found a turbo that looks just like this but with non-BB, supposedly came from an Rb20 but theres no fitting tapped into the compressor housing, just like this one.
