4 days after i took off the "infiniti" and "m45" badge in the trunk, i had 2 people from the stop light asked me "what year and what kind of infiniti is that?"

then 3 people asked me same question at a gas station (2 of them even wanted to see the inside and under the hood.

all i said to myself was "wow"-----forget trading it in for a NSX lol:poke (i was debating if i should trade it in for a NSX)

i cant wait to take off the bug sign from the front and back and replace it with "jp" hood ornament.

CakeDaddy: Same here about height and the NSX, looked into one when I was 19 and couldn't shift lol (same with the corvettes grr).

JackHammer: You buy cars like my brother hah He had a S-type-R for a week then totaled it, had a Navigator for under a month (broke the rear axle at 3k miles), a 3 series for around 2 months, etc etc. I never knew who was driving up the road till he got out lol Funny story about the Navigator; his ex was mad at him because he found out she was cheating so she got into a Jeep (the bigger Jeep in '03) and slammed into his Navigator (after he fixed the rear axle). So he put it in reverse and slammed into her, both of them pressed the gas and continued to fight until an officer pulled up asking "WTF!" I consider that the Springer moment of his life.

Larry, Looks good! I didnt think it was going to look as good as it does. I still really like how the stock grill matches the trim inside the headlights though. Im thinking of maybe in the future to paint the grill and the headlight trim as well.Oh I took apart the spare set of tails I had laying around to see if I could swap them into mine. The clear cover lens cracked in a couple places, it turns out it is just glued on and not the usual high hold sealant used on most headlights and tails. Oh well at least I know now. Im thinking of painting the inside black to match the car as well as tint the inside of the lens. We'll see how motivated I get to do this as if I break mine Im screwed, haha.Cheers

Yes I had the grill and trunk trim painted at a shop in my area that does very good work.

Also did an old school thing and put pinstripes down the side.
