What kind of turbo should I get?

I'm looking to make about 400rwhp max out of my RB20DET but I will settle for something like 300rwhp... I'm wondering what kind of turbo I should look at getting to make this sort of power? I was thinking just a T3/T4... Does that sound right? I don't want to spend a ton of money on a turbo, let's just put it that way.

I would just get a GT30r or something along those lines. They are really good for our engines and was recommanded by 4 different shops. So thats what I'll be getting once I settle in and save up.

gt30r will do the job, pulled 387whp at 17psi on my rb20...
