They look alot like the generic altezza tails from ebay.Which are actually less ugly, than these rather hideous contraptions.

YOU'RE WRONG. They are, indeed, I Magic taillights by Ganador. Separate from Hippo Sleek, but similar. Someone on Zilvia was selling a set a while back... For $500. I want them soooo bad.

Getting some kouki tailights or painting yours red would look much better IMO. But it is your car.I see a LOT of civics around town with these 'euros.' They look trashy.Even worse is when the F-150's try to pull it off. :shakeshead Seriously? Euro taillights on an F-150? If you want to rice something out buy a car or something. If you want to rock shiny mirror like tailights with red bulbs then buy a motherf***in Altezza/IS300. Again, just my opinion. Sounds like you have your answer on the manufacturer. Hopefully the price will encourage you to change your mind.

If you get Altezza style lights with the intent to tint them red, don't use paint. Use translucent red vinyl. Looks much sharper...

OIC so since you are so well versed in these 2 companies and their products please explain to me me the differences between these two lights? Ill give you a heads up and telll you don't waste your time since I took that pic w/a lo res camera (I'm actually going to delete that pic from photobucket) and the lense says the exact same thing I bought them from HIPPO SLEEK as HIPPO SLEEK tails so maybe you should open your eyes and not open your mouth at all mmmkay....As far as looks go you wouldn't like them if you like bland cookie cutter looks (most on here do)....To the OP these lights are extremely rare and are upwards of 500 w/o the center I wish you luck in finding a set.
