I know this is kind of a frequently asked question. But I am getting all giddy about my car almost being finished.

Just wonderin how much hp you think I will be puttin down.

90 240sx Fastbacks13 sr20det blacktop3" downpipe3" test pipe3" HKS Super Dragger Blitz intakeBlitz LM FMIC intercoolerBlitz SBC-id and Power meter-idcenterforce dual friction clutch180sx vlsd

(also have tein HA suspension, and boost gauge, short shifter etc)

I know I need to upgrade my fuel system before I can start turning up the boost. Thats what I plan on working on next.

Anyways what do you think?

Thanksnismo013

You got to remember the tuning factor, if you start turning up the boost, your going to have to start tuning it. Tuning can make a world of difference, either way with horsepower numbers.

Don't expect more than 250rwhp with a T25 at max boost on stock internals (12-13psi). Still, running boost that high is detremental on the motor in stock form. You can run 9-10psi pretty safely, but you have to upgrade the injectors to run more fuel. With 10psi, I'd say you'd have around 225rwhp, that'd be good for a mid 13. Maybe low 13s with good tires, strong clutch and damned good driving.

um..no to almost all of that. 12-13psi hopefully 320hp. stock internals could be good for 15psi i would think. he could do 225hp in stock form hopefully(6psi) 10 psi could even get you up to 275 probably.

^Um..no...Zebrahead is 99% more correct than you : ) (and yes, on all of it)

the problem you too might be having though, might be the crank hp, vs wheel hp...neither of you is specifiying...but you wont have over 250 to the wheels at even 14psi...

yea i was assuming too much...like upgraded fuel system and t28. doesn't matter though, b/c all of those HP numbers are like 100+ over mine.:(
