What kind of oil should I use?

I'm buying a 350z this weekend, it's a 2003, I'm doing an oil change as soon as I get it but I was wondering if I should use synthetic or not. What's the best oil to use for this car?

You should use full synthetic. You could either go with Mobile 1 or go with something a little better like Royal Purple or Motul. Right now im using Royal Purple but starting next time I will use Motul since I now have a little hook up for it.

Oil was changed few days ago, I used Q advanced engine full synthetic.

You can either use full synthetic or blend its up to you, just don't get oil from a grocery store.

nissan uses 5w30 mobil (regular) 5qts and a 15208-65F0C oil filter

not syn oil but you can you use what ever you choose.
