What kind of MPG does a '99-'00 Maxima in manual get?

My Turbo SAAB 9000, 5-speed is totaled. I need to find a reliable car for outside sales. What kind of MPG will I get out of a older Maxima if I am easy on it? What are the trouble spots when these cars get above 100k? Thanks for the help.
