My Audi A6 2.7 is comming off lease next month and I am considering an M45 Sport. My dealer has promised these numbers:36mo 12k p yearTaxes and Fees upfront0 down payment 54k MSRP (Journey pkg, Sirius Radio, Aero kit)49k saleprice$625 per mo.
In general how does this sound? What kind of lease deals are people getting now?

It seems to me that you got a great deal. I am in the east coast (Philly area). I also rolled off a Audi A6.
I took a 24-month lease, on a M35 sport, Journey, Tech, Sirius, rear spoiler. MSPR was 51, 250. I got if for 47,900.
24 month, 12K miles (with 2K down, PLUS fees) 650.00 / month incl all taxes. Godd luck, you will love the car.

Price: $1K above invoice. Slightly over $54K. Sticker was almost $59K.
Lease terms: 18,000 miles per year. 39 months.
Monthly payment: $784 per month with New York State and City tax of 8.375% and $550 acquisition fee rolled into payment. Drive off cost was solely the first month's payment.
Car was ordered from Japan and was delivered to me with 12 miles on the odometer. Picked it up last Monday.
Very happy with the deal. BMW 550, even at a selling price of $1K above invoice, was just under $1,000 per month.
