Anyway, then next time I have to replace my speakers in the doors I'm going with marine grade speakers (like those that are used on boats) so that when I go through water again... and again and again, I won't have to worry about killing them, but at the same time I'm not so much concerned about the sound quality of my audio setup just the quantity. If its loud & I can feel it thats all I care about...

JL sounds good at low volume as far as the subs go. I had 3 and blew all of them. The RMS levels are extremely low on them and quite frankly they are p**** speakers. I will not buy JL again, but thanks for the suggestion.Empty V wrote:If you've got it in your budget I always recommend JL Audio.
