Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Hey everyone I picked up an engine(s14 KA) a little while back and I wanna get started on it. It's gonna be my first build. I was lookin at the back and I wasn't sure what would be a good position to mount the four bolts. Stand allows for 360 rotation so it reccomends a good center of gravity.

any suggestions?

Also, it didn't come with the bolts so i was wondering what would be a good, comfortable size.

Someone used m10 x 1.5 x 100mm bolts but said he wished he'd gotten 90's. Just making sure if 90's would be the sure way to go.

Thanks,

Tomek

use the 2 holes under the head and the 2 farthest apart on the bottom. try to spacer the block bout 1 inch btween block and mount so you can take out the rear seal easier. I dont know the size of the bolts but just use some spare transmission bolts. or head bolts.
