You will want a up graded fuel pump, walbro. and get a FPR and 444's and crank the boost to 15-16 psi and your good for like 250whp

What is the stock psi?

What psi are you running?

Look it up.

The cooler charge air MAY give you a boost in power, by 2-3 hp.The cat-back helps the engine breathe better, but it's not GIVING you HP. The BOV does not improve HP, just increases turbo life.Running rich actually robs you of power. While it is great for a safety margin in case you spike in boost too much (it CAN happen), it takes away from combustion.

8 psi from a T25 and 8 psi from a GT35 is still 8 psi. The only difference is power band, because of the affected spool time.

I estimate 180ish to the wheels. Maybe 190.

Get larger injectors, bump boost to 10, get a tune, and have fun. 10 psi is good enough to still be reliable, while giving you just enough to have fun.

haha thanks for your help everyone.

i am planning on a new fuel pump soon and bump the boost to 10 or 11 psi.

i am hoping for 1958673967376 chicken or power or 240rwhp.

Here are the parts. Any opinions?FPRhttp://enjukuracing.com/fuel-p....html

As for injectors I will pickup a set of 444s off the forum.

You won't need the aftermarket fpr, the stock one will be fine unless it is dodgy. Even then you would only require another CA18 fpr...

The fuel pump will be fine...

Hmm, a horsham stage 1 chip + required mods for a CA18det produces around 220-230 bhp on a stock t25 @ 1 bar.A Horsham stage 2 chip with a t28 @ 1 bar produces around 270-280bhp?

What i heard is that there is definately a difference between 1 bar on a t25 and 1 bar on a t28. A T25 is a smaller turbo, and produces a lot more heat, so the air comming out of the turbo is warmer, and contains less oxygen, and thus produces less power. The air out of the t28 is cooler, so contains more oxygen, wich explains the increase in power?

has less to do with temperature of the air more to do with the cfms the turbo flows.

a t28 flows more air period. at t28 at 8psi might compare to t25 at 5psi.. psi is useless its cfms that matter...

also the t28 is capable of holding those flow and psi at a higher rpm because its bigger and the turbine speed doesnt go out of efficiency which also does keep the charge more dense by lowering the temp but the main thing to look at is the amount of air it can move versus the t25..

either way ull be lucky to hit 200-210 at 8psi..

You got fed some wrong information from somewhere there. If 8 psi was 8 psi everyone would be running large hotsides with small compressors.

Larger compressor sides flow more air at the same pressure as a lower counterpart.

To One Run O' Gunn you listen. Read yourself some info about compressor maps and efficiencies.

All the CA driftwesters hide out here hey!

Well Kenji,

Setting compressor maps aside, lets make this a plain and simple argument.

If both of them had the same efficiency range, the larger turbo would outflow the smaller one at the same psi.
