Okay, Yesterday night I turned my car on and noticed a noise, like a squeeling noise, It got louder in higher revs, its comming from my exhaust manifold area. Not really sure how to explain it, It is pretty loud though, I looked under my valve cover to see if there was anything wrong, I noticed nothing. It is really begining to scare me im starting to think I broke something internally. If anybody might know what this noise could be please let me know.

Thank You, -Jon:help :help :help

Sure it's not your belts? Sometimes when it gets wet, my pathfinder still makes a squeeling sound even with new belts. Check the belts to make sure it's not loose or maybe they need to be replaced.

It probably a TINY TINY leak. Could be anywhere from the exhaust ports to the TB (any pressurized piping).

My bro's s13 did that to and it is a TINY leak that gets louder as RPMS increase and its coming from right around the o2 housing area and he didnt feel like doing anything about it... its been about 5 months now of trouble free loud noise :p

Yeah I figured out it was exhaust leak. When my car was running really rich the motor was constantly shaking pretty hard, It probobly just shook some bolts loose, It loosened the bolts to the downpipe also.

Thank you -Jon

Damn, I blew my gasket from the manifold to the turbo. It has to be one of the hardest gaskets to change, of course. Has anybody changed one of these before without removing the turbo? Or do I have to remove the manifold with the turbo and everything??
