DUI.. This some sort of trick question? Drifting in a secluded area is only going to hurt yourself, DUI might hurt others. Plus DUI you get in more trouble. That's a no-brainer.

Are you serious? Theres no comparison between the two. Its like comparing killing a baby to taking away a baby's rattle. Hands down DUI is worse. Just think about it, drifting in secluded area- you and your car (hopefully under control) DUI- You out on public roads, surrounded by other drivers, with your reactions dulled and judgement impaired. Need I go on?

DUI is without a doubt the worst offense you can commit in a vehicle (without killing someone that is, vehilcular homicide).

Dude, this test was by far the easiest AP test I took, what happened? I took phys, calc, and chem and the other 2 were much harder then phys. I only got a 3, but that passed me for college.

Well, I barely graducated High School with a 2.1 overall GPA, no AP tests, 1380 SAT.. I'm still in college and i'm 22 and I work at NASA and make 50,000. So ya'll can screw your AP!!

Ya, kids in HS with that stuff always acted like they were better than me, now I make more than anyone I know from my class (1999), doing LESS work. Go figure. I guess playing with my computer instead of doing school work paid off....

It's been my experience that with any person with a higher than average intelligence level...doing most ANYTHING other than school work will pay off. School is absolutely horrid and I genuinely think it holds back a lot of kids.

DUI, of course. Bigger chance of killing someone.
