What is up with steering wheel hubs?

I've used multiple steering wheels and hubs, but some seem to be impossible to line up perfectly straight. My Nismo hub is 100% perfectly straight, but another one that I'm using for a Momo corse does not line up straight at all. The two turn signal pins have to be above and below the shaft, so there's only two ways to put it on, and the splines are so course that there's no room for fine adjustment. I don't wanna mess with the coupler from the shaft to the rack, so am I basically stuck with a Momo steering wheel that's turned a bit to one side when driving straight? I hate not being able to have my hands in symmetrical positions.
