Yea its coolant, I wouldnt just block it off. You can pull the plenum and delete all those lines off of the bottom of it, makes it much easier to work afterwards as well.

This is what I used: http://www.thedevilsz.com/site/technica ... m_pull.pdf

someone may have already deleted the lines under the plenum. Mine looks like that because I didn't want to drill the fitting off the plenum. If its not leaking then the lines under the plenum have already been deleted and the fitting is just kinda there if it is leaking well then idk ur f@%ked

I believe the line comes from the back of the plenum goes into one side of the throttle bodie underneith then it goes out that line on the other side of the tb then it goes back to the back of the plenum.

Figured out what it is. Its a vacuum line that goes from the fuel to the charcoal canister.

I don't know about that. The vac line to the charcoal canister is a very small line. A better picture would help.

Yea I think the vac line your talking about is the little tiny one that is directly under each tb. The line in your picture is deffinaly coolant for under plenum.

The only vac line that is near that coolant line is in the picture i posted it is kinda covered up by the white arrow but you can see on the other side it is in the same position and is a black color.
