Dude it should be obvious as to what they are for. The allen keys are for you so you don't have to buy some to adjust your camber plates on the front shocks.
The half circular ones are for lowering/raising the shock itself. There are silver washersORnuts with the squares on them below each spring. You can use those to tighten the washers/nuts together so once you lower it to the desired location the spring will not move and change ride height on you.
The little washers probably go on the bottom ball joint of the rear struts to space them out so the stock bolt can tighten it snug. If not, I'm not totally sure.
Either way man, you are good to get started and install these. Those tools can be used to adjust when they're installed! GL
