I got my '09 Rogue SL just over a week ago. In the luggage carrier was this plastic part in a bag with some hardware. I assume that it is to put on the front license plate. Can someone confirm that for me? I sure am glad we don't have to have then here in GA!!

Maybe it's a gateway to another universe?Seriously, It does look like a front plate hanger.
