when i try to crank my motor it just turns over. The middle odd looking connector on the pass fusebox is getting hot. It has a thick white and thick black wire. Is it only getting hot because im turning the motor over and over and over. What is this plug? Also the ground wire that comes out of the same fusebox is getting hot, why? Please help.

Check your fusible links to see if you didnt fry anything. The thick white and black wires probably come from the alternator and go to the fusebox.
