I'm wondering what a few things are and the purpose a few things..

Behind the ECU there is another silver metal box and a black box. What are these?

Behind the backseat trim panels there is a hole on each side (about 7" by 10") and there is a hose that runs past it and stops at the bottom, It comes from the roof somewhere it seems. Whats this for?

In the very back on either side of the spare tire well, below cargo area behind the quarter panel/bumper there is a vent. What purpose does this serve? I'm thinkining this is where a large portion of my exhaust smell in the vehincle is coming from. besides the running rich and the exhaust leak.

well the silver box behind the ECU is the cruise controll puter, and the vents in the back are for air to flow through the cabin, all cars have some sort of those.

The hose that you found running from your roof is a drain for the sunroof
