seafoam is good stuff- I always use it anytime I get a new (used) car, and at certain mileage intervals... It's like an all purpose cleaner- the way I have always used and been told it should be used is:dump half of it into a full gas tank, one quarter into your oil fill cap, and pull the hose off your intake and suck the other quarter in on top of your valves. Your car will prolly run rough while you burn that gas- But there is a noticeable difference in your next 'clean' tank of gas. And it helps free sticky valves- yadayadayada, you get the point.
