what is this s15 front kit called?

I'm pretty sure that's the Do-Luck S15 front bumper. Their stylings always been a bit extreme, but I'm sure that one came out back when everyone liked the extreme styled bodykits.

Back in the early 2000's they ran for over $1000 for a kit. Not sure how much it'd be worth these days.
