what is this? rear suspension part

started to lower my 240sx.we put the shocks back on the bolt on control arm and tightned the nut.my impact stripped the nut and the bolt.what to do,cant find these parts anywhere.is it called the transverse link.clueless

also found a broke wheel stud on rear wheel,how hard to pull apart.any pros about longer wheel studs.this car was not taken care of by previuos owner,nickel and diming me.

studs are extremely easy to replace in a 240, smack em out with a hammer buy new studs and pull them though with an open ended lugnut, as for the stripping out of the bolt/nut just take a saw to it or something

that why impact guns are for REMOVING bolts....torque wrench works good for putting them back on

in the rear there is an upper control arm, a lower control arm and a toe arm...although suspension part names tend to change with who you talk to. you could probably get both the new studs/ lug nuts as well as the new bolt/nut from the dealership, just have the parts guy bring up the picture of the rear suspension on the screen and point

Edit: also we have many different sections to this forum...this section is about the KA, the stock engine in USDM 240's you could find much better advise about suspension issues in the suspension forum
