I don't read Japanese, but I'll bet a rough translation would be B.S.

Looks like one of those magnetic things you install in your fuel line... "as seen on TV"....

Just goes to show you there's gullible people (and thieves) in every country and culture.

the only place magnets belong in an engine is the transmission pan and the oil filter.
